Health and well-being is an extremely important part of a child's development, as part of this development all children should engage in exercise. Giving kids the opportunity to play and experience exercise has many incredible benefits. It can build their confidence, improve coordination and motor skills, develop their social skills, improve their fitness plus they get to learn a new skill and have fun! KAL offer lots of great fitness activities for children across all of our centres. In addition to running holiday playschemes, family sessions, coaching programmes and team sports we also offer a range of pay and play activities.

KAL activities are delivered by fully qualified, experienced and DBS checked instructors in a safe and fun environment. Whether your child wants to learn a new skill, improve an existing one or meet new friends KAL has something for them.
